It's time to burn off all that Christmas Fat!
So I am trying to eat healthy and a lot of protein. On top of that I have started exercise here at home too.
7 Days Flat Tommy!
-Drink water! (Especially before meal)
-Ab exercise a lot!
-Don't eat 2 hour before you go to bed!
-Wear tight clothes! (Not pants)
-Avoid sugars and fat! (If you are not exercising after)
-Try to eat every hour! (Small things, size of your hand, etc an egg)
-Try a liquid diet.
Try to check out the exercise videos on YouTube called P4P too.



DON' T TAKE THE PRoTEiN CURE!!! IT IS SO UNHEALTY!!!
ReplyDeleteLisbeth was thinking about the same, but they found out that it was VERY unhealthy, which I find very obvius, if you think about the ingredients...!!!
Daughter, lots of water, green vegstables, as Broccoli, coal, red/ green peper, fruits, kiwi, berries....as longer the vegstables take to eat, the more healthy.
Now that there is some worse spelling troubles here, but I don' t have the time to do it right.
